Improved product lists

The preferred font is changed to give the site a slightly more modern look and the graphics on the right side menu is improved. More importantly the lists of Blu-ray releases and films with English subtitles are now sorted by release date, so you always get the newest releases on top (rather than alphabetical like before). Please note that BD+DVD releases and other media combinations are still not shown in these lists, this will be improved later. Deleted items are filtered out from the budget price lists. The lists are sorted with the lowest prices first, but due to multiple ways to handle prices internally some products may appear out of order - so be sure to look through all pages to find a bargain you are interested in.This will of course be improved.
